Sole Passions ships to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska & Canada. We also offer store pick-up.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and shipped within 1- 3 business days. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

STORE PICK-UP 

Store pick-up orders will be ready for pick-up within 1 hour (during regular store hours) after you have placed you order online. To use this service type "STORE PICK-UP" in the note field located on the checkout page.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery zip code.

Signature Confirmation can be add for an additional $2.40. To add this service type "Signature Confirmation" in the note field located on the checkout page.

Free shipping will apply to domestic orders of $125 or more.

USPS STANDARD SHIPPING - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

Please be aware that by selecting to send your package without a signature required, you are agreeing to be liable should your package be lost in transit or after delivery. USPS has permission to leave your package outside the door. Although most delivery carriers will knock or ring the bell, they are not required to do so and may leave the package outside.

USPS STANDARD SHIPPING - SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

This method of shipping DOES require that the carrier receive a signature at the time of delivery of a package. Please note that the carrier will leave a note for first and second attempts, however, they will return the package to sender after a third attempt if no one is available to sign for the package at time of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee for "Refused" or "Return to Sender" packages. The customer will be responsible to pay for the shipping cost if they wish for a package to be re-shipped.

We provide tracking information on all orders. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.

Buyer accepts responsibility for undeliverable packages if incorrect address was entered at time of initial order. A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility under the same label for any reason.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Sole Passions is not responsible for lost or stolen items once we release the package to the carrier. If you would like to sign for your package at delivery, we recommend that you choose the "Signature Required" option at time of check-out. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once items have been shipped. Once an item has been listed as "delivered" on the carrier's website, we are not responsible if the package was lost or stolen.
