Sole Passions does not offer refunds, we only offer store credits. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returns must be in their original packaging; unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging intact to be to be eligible for a store credit. Please use a protective box when returning items. Do not tape or write on original box. If box is taped or written on, a 35% restocking fee will be charged.
Sole Passions recommends that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.
Customers have 14 days to return an item(s). We must receive the return item(s) in our store no later than 14 days from confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 14 days items can no longer be returned.
A store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file, which will be valid for 60 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned item(s). Please allow up to7 business days for returns/store credits to be processed.
1. Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
2. Click on “Exchange Form”, download, print and fill out the form.
3. Please be sure to mark the reason for your return, (e.g. too big or too small). If your exchange is for the same item(s) but just for a different size please see our “reserve exchange” policy.
4. Please be sure to include the return form in your package.

6. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be received/verified before a store credit can be issued. An email will be sent to the email address on file containing an e-gift with the store credit code. This code will only be sent out once.
