Lost or Stolen Packages
Sole Passions is not responsible for lost or stolen items once we release the package to the carrier. If you would like to sign for your package at delivery, we recommend that you choose the "Signature Required" option at time of check-out. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once items have been shipped. Once an item has been listed as "delivered" on the carrier's website, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen.
